Account & organisation

One account for your whole organisation

Most tools charge per seat, so the first budget decision you make is who does not get an account. That is an awkward way to run an organisation where volunteers, board members, country staff and part-time coordinators all need to see the same thing.

NGOstack works the other way round. One subscription covers your whole organisation, however many people that is, and you manage members, roles and your organisation profile in one place. What you pay depends on where your organisation is based — the pricing page shows the tier that applies to you.

One subscription, every member

Org-wide access means unlimited members and no per-seat fees, so adding the new finance volunteer or a second country coordinator is an admin task rather than a budget conversation. Nobody has to share a login, and nobody gets left off the platform because the seat count ran out.

Members, roles and profiles in one place

Your organisation, its members and their roles are managed from a single place, so joining, changing responsibility and leaving are ordinary actions instead of support requests. AI profile autofill completes member and organisation profiles from a document or a link, which spares your team from retyping the same about-us paragraph in yet another form.

Verification funders can see

Organisation verification gives your profile a credential that shows funders and partners you are who you say you are. It does the introductory work quietly, before anyone has to email you and ask for registration papers.

Connect the tools you already use

Scoped API and MCP tokens let external tools and AI agents reach your data on your terms. Social and CMS publishing sends updates to accounts you already own — Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, WordPress, Ghost and more — with a person composing and sending each post; it is publish-only, so nothing is read back. Outbound webhooks deliver HMAC-signed events to your own HTTPS endpoints when a project update is published or evidence changes, which is enough to wire NGOstack into Zapier, Make or a service you built yourself.

Comfortable to use, honest about its footprint

Every signed-in member gets a light and dark toggle that is remembered across sessions. On the platform side, we measure our energy use and CO₂, publish the figures openly, and offset our footprint as funding allows — measured numbers you can check rather than a neutrality claim.
