Field work rarely happens next to a reliable connection. Your team is in a village, a valley or a border district, and the forms that need filling in are back at the office. So notes get written on paper, typed up days later, and details go missing between the two.
NGOstack runs in three places so the work can be captured where it happens: a browser with nothing to install, a native desktop app for focused office sessions, and a mobile app built for the field that keeps working with no signal.
Collect in the field with no signal
The mobile app for field work does not need a connection to be useful. Evidence records, GPS locations and budget entries are saved on the device and queue up until you are back online, then sync on their own. Photo upload is the one exception — images need a connection, so attach them when you have one.
Nothing to install for everyone else
The web app is the full platform in your browser. Coordinators, finance staff and partners who only need occasional access just sign in — no software to roll out, no IT request, no version to keep up to date across a distributed team.
A desktop app for the long sessions
For the work that takes hours rather than minutes, the desktop app runs natively on macOS, Windows and Linux. It is deliberately focused and distraction-free, which helps when you are writing up a report or reconciling a budget and do not want twenty browser tabs in the way.
One account, one set of records
The three apps are views onto the same organisation data, not separate tools to reconcile. What a colleague captures on a phone in the field is what you open on the desktop that evening.
